Booking and Consultations

Consultations scheduled through the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments at our discretion. Consultation bookings require identity verification via email and phone. By completing the verification process, you consent to receiving verification codes via email and SMS.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Information published on the Site, including briefings and checklists, is for general informational purposes and does not constitute professional advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mojave Research, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed $100.

Governing Law

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
