Mojave Research, Inc. ("MRI," "we," "us") is a defense technology company headquartered in Reston, VA. We build and deploy AI systems for defense, intelligence, and national security missions. This policy describes how we handle information collected through mojaveresearchinc.com (the "Site").

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

  • Contact form submissions: Name, email address, organization, subject, and message content.
  • Booking verification: Name, email address, phone number, and organization when booking a consultation through our verification system.
  • Email correspondence: Any information you include when emailing us directly.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Analytics: We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-respecting analytics service that does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and is fully compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR. Plausible collects aggregate page view counts, referrer sources, browser types, and country-level geographic data. No individual tracking occurs.
  • Server logs: Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may collect IP addresses, request timestamps, and user agent strings as part of standard infrastructure operation and security.

How We Use Information

  • To respond to your inquiries and contact form submissions.
  • To verify your identity when booking consultations.
  • To understand aggregate Site usage patterns via privacy-respecting analytics.
  • To protect the security and integrity of our Site and systems.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Microsoft (booking system and email delivery), Twilio (phone verification). These providers process data only as necessary to provide their services.
  • Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
  • Affiliated entities: Other entities within the Agentic Secure Group ecosystem, subject to the same privacy protections described here.

Data Retention

  • Contact submissions: Retained for up to 1 year, then automatically deleted.
  • Booking verification data: Retained for up to 1 year for lead tracking, then automatically deleted.
  • Analytics data: Plausible retains aggregate data indefinitely; no personal data is stored.

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and security headers. Our Site is hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure with enterprise-grade DDoS protection and edge security.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at contact@mojaveresearch.ai. We will respond within 30 days. If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Children's Privacy

Our Site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be noted on the Site.
